Heart of a Child is owned by Les & Angela Stephenson. Residing in Lacombe, AB, Les & Angela have been providing their services to Lacombe and throughout western Canada since 2001. Working with children in schools, churches and community events they use balloon art, face painting, temporary tattoos, storytelling, magic and music, to bring fun and silliness to those around them.
Les and Angela are members of Clowns Canada and Angela is also a member of CAFABA, the Canadian Association of Face and Body Artists. Les and Angela are committed to the professional development of themselves through ongoing training including participation in industry conferences and other formal training opportunities. Because your safety is their priority, Les and Angela carry 5 million liability insurance and have current Criminal Record checks. Only FDA approved makeup and products are used.
